I used to dread brushing my daughter's hair......Knot Genie (2 Winners)

My 4 yr old daughter HATES getting her hair brushed.  It is normally always a daily battle, and I dread it.  Honestly, most days if we aren't going anywhere I pull her hair back in a pony tail without brushing and call it good.  Anything to avoid a meltdown.

Me: Time to get your hair fixed

Daughter:  not a brush, not a brush!!

Me: It has to be brushed so we can go to church, school, etc

Daughter: Oh my gosh--MOM!! I don't want my hair brushed (screamy whiny voice)

Then I have to tackle her to the floor, pin her between my legs and fix her hair and gently and as quickly as possible.  She is by then screaming bloody murder like she is being tortured. I am sure this never has happened to any of you.
