Winter Weight Off---I AM IN!!

I recently checked out THIS blog post over at 5 Minutes for Mom and I am TOTALLY in. I would love to lose 12-15lbs, and I am starting tomorrow. I have some BIGGEST LOSER DVDs that I love, and REALLY kick my butt, and I have been making too many excuses since the new year started. NO MORE!! The time is now. I am accountable to all of you. The journey begins. I am not going to diet. I am going to watch what I eat, and make sure I exercise EVERY DAY!! or at least 5 days a week. I am REALLY excited to get tips over at 5 Minutes for Mom and following along with them too. I will post periodically about my weight and how I am feeling. HOPE for better health, a better body, and feeling GREAT!!

We are in this together! Even if the only time we have is when we pick up the kids, when the weather is good we NEED to start walking together and when the warmer weather hits I think we should start jogging at the track!!!! We can hold eachother accountable :) I need to lose 15lbs too!!

I'm on the 10- 20lb weightloss plan myself hoping to find friends to motivate. You CAN do this!!
