Animal Mastermind Towers--Review/Giveaway

While I was at BlogHer10 I had the privilege of meeting representatives from Pressman Toys and check-out some of their newest games.

Did you know that this year MASTERMIND is celebrating 40 years of being a favorite of parents, teachers and kids alike?

New this year Pressman Toys is expanding their MASTERMIND collection and offering vertical versions of MASTERMIND: Animal Towers Mastermind and SpongeBob SquarePants Mastermind Towers!! They also will soon be offering Disney Fairies, Disney, and kid's favorite Looney Tunes Characters.

Animal Towers Mastermind is a children's version of Codemaker vs Codebreaker, designed for kids 6 and up.

Thanks to Pressman Toy I recently was sent an Animal Mastermind Towers game for review.

I got pictures of playing with my 4 year old. I simplified it for her, and only played with 3 animals in each of our towers. It is a game of logic, and problem solving. To play the children stack their animal tiles in their tower, and take turns trying to guess the order of each other's tiles. "Is your pig above your monkey?" and so on!! My 4 yr old needed a little help, but it was manageable. My 6 yr old really enjoyed it, and they loved how "cute" the animals were on the tiles.

From the picture you can see how each person has their vertical tower and then the cards on the side to help them decipher their opponent's order. This is definitely a fun game, and a great version for kids.
